Disney's Special Princess

We had a very special trip to Disneyland last week. The girls and I went with Teresa. It was such a good day! It was a special one because Allie was chosen to go behind the scenes into the castle and have a special meeting with Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella. It was really cool. A disney employee asked me if Allie would like a backstage pass to the castle and to be in the coronation ceremony. Well, it didn't take me a nano second to say you betcha!! It was so special. However, I only have a few photos b/c my battery died:( It was so much fun to listen to her talk with the princesses about the prince and the dragon, and the wicked step-mother. It was too cute and a memory we will cherish.

Gingerbread House Party

We went to our neighbor Theresa's annual Gingerbread Decorating party tonight! It was so much fun! Allie did so well and really enjoyed making her creation. I didn't really know what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. She sat and completed her house all in one sitting. She's so much fun! She won Most Colorful House and took home a Giant Chocalate Santa for her Prize! As you will see there were so many fantastic houses. We can't wait until next year!

Thanksgiving Weekend

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with my moms side of the family. The girls and I all had the flu/cold but we were all better by saturday. We are very thankful for all our families. I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday. Mom, Kendall, Uncle Johnny and I took Allie to Sea World, and had a blast! Here's the proof:

Cookies for Kids' Cancer

Well it was a huge success!!! Though it did rain this morning....Our wonderful neighbors Bill and Shirley let us use their garage to keep dry! So many wonderful friends, neighbors and family came together for such a great cause and baked like maniacs!! And we still have baked goods! A special thank you to Theresa and Dawn. I couldn't have done it without you! We raised 325 dollars!!! Being across the street from a polling site was just the ticket!! It was alot of fun for all of us! Monique and Allie were stellar sales kids!! Courtney made our amazing signs..thanks Court!! Hope you enjoy these photos and thank you to Darby for the inspiration!!
